Reformer Pilates

Reformer BASICS
Level: All levels - Beginner friendly
Length: 45 minutes

Experience the full-body workout of foundational exercises in Reformer BASICS. Focus on enhancing strength, control and alignment in an upbeat, supportive environment where you can hone the fundamentals. Whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to solidify your foundation, Reformer Basics allows you to progress at your own pace while delivering a full-body workout that benefits all levels.

Reformer BURN
Level: Intermediate to advanced
Length: 45 minutes

Get ready to shake, sweat and BURN! You'll feel the fire in this muscle-sculpting workout designed to push you to your limits. With controlled movements, deep holds and precision-based resistance work, this class builds serious strength and endurance. Expect a full-body burn with targeted pulses, high-rep sequences and minimal rest to keep your muscles engaged from start to finish.

Reformer BEND
Level: All levels - Beginner friendly
Length: 45 minutes
Pre & post natal friendly
Unwind, relax and restore with Reformer BEND, a class designed to improve flexibility, enhance mobility and promote relaxation. Combining smooth, controlled movements with targeted stretches, this session focuses on lengthening muscles and releasing built-up tension. It's the perfect complement to your regular workout routine.

Reformer BLITZ
Level: Intermediate to Advanced
Length: 30 minutes
NOT Pre & post natal friendly
Maximise your time with Reformer BLITZ, a class designed to target upper body, core and / or lower body in just 30 minutes. Feel the burn, strength and challenge of a full-length class - minus the extra minutes. Think Reformer BURN but faster!
Mat Pilates

Mat BASICS
Level: All levels - Beginner friendly
Length: 45 minutes
Pre & post natal friendly
Build strength and confidence from the ground up. This slower paced class focuses on controlled movements, simple sequences and strong Pilates foundations, with extra attention on technique and alignment.
It’s just you and the mat with a few supportive props along the way. Expect controlled strength work and a steady burn that will leave you feeling stronger and more connected.

Mat Pilates
Level: All levels - Open to Beginners
Length: 45 minutes
Pre & post natal friendly
Ready to turn things up a notch? Using controlled movements and dynamic sequences, this class delivers a powerful mix of strength, mobility and endurance. It’s still low impact, but seriously effective.
It’s just you and the mat, with some fun props thrown in to spice things up. Expect to feel a shake and burn that will leave you feeling challenged, energised and wanting more.
Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Level: All levels - Beginner friendly
Length: 60 minutes
Pre & post natal friendly
Expect to build strength, mobility and balance as you move continuously from start to finish in a dynamic class that links movement with breath. You’ll flow through energising sequences, with options to keep things simple or explore more challenging variations, before winding down in a relaxing Savasana. The combination of mindful movement and controlled breathing will leave you feeling confident, centred and energised.

Yin Yoga
Level: All levels - Beginner friendly
Length: 60 minutes
Postnatal-friendly.
Let go and surrender into deep rest with this slow, nurturing practice designed to soften the body and quiet the mind. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, ligaments, fascia and joints, through long, gentle holds that encourage release and restore mobility. Expect a calming, introspective class that leaves you feeling grounded, open and balanced.
If you see Denby, expect to finish the session with a calming sound healing, listening to her soothing crystal bowls.

Restorative Yoga
Level: All levels - Beginner friendly
Length: 60 minutes
Postnatal-friendly.
A deeply relaxing practice designed to calm your nervous system and guide you into complete rest. Using bolsters, blankets and props, you’ll settle into supported, comfortable poses held for extended periods to activate the body’s “relaxation response.” This class encourages deep healing, emotional reset, stress relief and profound stillness.
At the studio it has been termed 'sleeping yoga', because of how calming and relaxing this session is.
